These terms apply to goaalball.com and the Goaal Ball Home Screen app (together, “Goaal Ball”), which is run by [To be confirmed: name of the person or company that runs Goaal Ball]. By using Goaal Ball you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Goaal Ball.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Goaal Ball shows live scores, fixtures, results, lineups, statistics, league tables, odds, news and highlights for football and other sports, with optional goal and match alerts, match prediction votes and match chat. Goaal Ball is free to use. Premium features are not for sale.

You can use most of Goaal Ball without an account. Anyone can read match chat; sending messages needs a sign-in, either with Google or with a nickname. To sign in you must be at least [To be confirmed: minimum age].

• Keep your device and Google account secure; anyone using your signed-in browser can post as you.
• Choose a nickname that is not offensive, does not pretend to be someone else, and does not suggest you speak for Goaal Ball.
• You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may turn off match chat for, or remove, an account that breaks these terms.

Scores, lineups, statistics, odds, news and highlights come from third-party sports data providers and publishers. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we do not guarantee them. Goaal Ball is not an official source for any competition, club or league. Please check official sources before relying on any information.

Odds are for information only. Goaal Ball does not take bets and is not a bookmaker. Odds are for adults (18+) only, and only where betting is legal for you. Nothing on Goaal Ball, including votes and match notes, is a betting tip or advice. If you choose to bet elsewhere, please gamble responsibly.

Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. They depend on our data providers and on your browser’s push service, and may arrive late or not at all.

You are responsible for what you post in match chat. Messages are public: anyone viewing that match’s chat can read them, under your nickname, whether or not they are signed in. Votes are counted anonymously and shown only as totals.

You keep ownership of your messages. By posting, you give us permission to store and display them on Goaal Ball so that match chat works. We may remove any message, and turn off chat for any sign-in, that we believe breaks these terms. We do not review every message before it appears.

When using Goaal Ball you must not:

• harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or post hateful, discriminatory, sexual or violent content;
• post spam, adverts, betting tips for sale, links, or the same message repeatedly;
• pretend to be another person, a club, or Goaal Ball;
• post anything illegal, or anything that breaks someone else’s rights, including their privacy or copyright;
• scrape, copy or resell Goaal Ball’s data or content, or access it with bots or automated tools;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of Goaal Ball, or access another person’s account.

Goaal Ball’s design, name and software belong to [To be confirmed: name of the person or company that runs Goaal Ball]. Team names, crests, competition names and logos belong to their owners, and are shown only to identify teams and competitions. News stories, photos and highlight videos belong to their publishers. Using Goaal Ball does not give you any rights in any of these.

Goaal Ball uses and links to services run by others, such as Google sign-in, video players and news sources. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.

We may change, pause or stop any part of Goaal Ball at any time, for example when a data provider changes what it offers. We try to keep Goaal Ball running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free from errors.

Goaal Ball is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms, including about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of match information and odds.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Goaal Ball or from relying on its information, including any betting or financial losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

You can stop using Goaal Ball at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access, including turning off match chat, if you break these terms or if we need to in order to protect other users or Goaal Ball.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. This does not take away any protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using Goaal Ball after a change, the updated terms apply.
